Sillinger 470 PRO Boat
The Silinger PRO range was designed on the same bases as for the UM range but with less reinforcements. The Silinger PRO range is ideal complementary boat for specific missions for which weight and price are important criteria. Similar to the UM range made of highly resistant CSM/Neoprene, the PRO boats are fast and, for some peculiar missions, can be manufactured with an inflatable or rigid keel upon order. The 740 PRO is able to carry 10 persons.
FLOATS
The floats fabric is made of polyester support inside coated with Neoprene and outside coated with CSM. This fabric is labeled ORCA 1100 decitex. Hand-made assembly and double coid glue vulcanization by high skilled workforce are performed. An additional strip is glued at the edge of each panel junction as well as a strip inside all assembled parts in order to ensure a perfect watertight quality preventing from any leakage. The outer CSM coating is elastomer resistant to heat and abrasion in opposition to the fabrics coated with plastomer (PVC).
Thus, Silinger uses fabrics of very strong resistance to extremely high or low temperatures.
